We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the product is defected, damaged or you don't like it and you want to return it, we can return/exchange/refund within 30 days with no questions asked. If you wish to return and have a refund, please contact us at info@nobleandsmith.com.au.

We do not offer returns & refunds for change of mind beyond 30 days of your purchase.

Returns and refunds are possible under following conditions within 30 days of your receiving the parcel:

• The products are not bought in sale or on discounted rates.
• The products can be returned in their original packaging and unused condition with all the tags attached. Otherwise, there will not be a (full) refund.
• The products should not be returned after being worn, washed, or damaged.
• The products should be sent with the original receipt of purchase.
• The products should be received by Nobel & Smith within 14 days of confirming a return through us. Any delays would not be accepted.

Upon receiving the returned parcel, we will review the product condition and refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Apart from that, if any damaged product is returned after over 30 days of delivery, we can evaluate the situation to devise a resolution.

*Please Note: Customer will pay the shipping charges for the returned items. Nobel & Smith will not be responsible for any loss of returned items and will not bear the shipping costs of the returns.
